Namaste Academy, a leading Progressive school of Lumbini Province,Nepal, has made history by becoming the first school outside the Kathmandu Valley to offer the prestigious Cambridge University School Pathway Program for grades 1-7. In a remarkable achievement, the school's Principal, Jigme Sherpa, has been invited to attend the School Principal Gathering in London, UK from June 27 to July 3,2023,hosted by Teach for All, a global network dedicated to improving education.
At the event, Jigme Sherpa will be meeting with 50 educational leaders from various countries to discuss international best practices in education. Upon his return, he will share his learnings with the school's staff and students, cementing Namaste Academy's position as a leading educational institution in Nepal.
During his visit to the UK, Jigme Sherpa will also be visiting two British schools, Reach Academy and The Totteridge Academy, which share similar core values to Namaste Academy.
